Registration form

The registration will be open from the 25th of November to the 9th of May 2025. If you need an invitation letter to attend the conference, please let us know to the email PODE25@upct.es .
Pay attention to the following deadlines:

• 25/11/2024. Registration for the conference starts. If you plan to attend it, please fill in the questionnaire below.
• 15/4/2025. Deadline for reduced fee payment. We have extended the deadline!!!
• 30/4/2025. Deadline for abstract submission. We have extended the deadline!!!
• 9/5/2025. End of the registration and payment of fees. We have extended the deadline!!!

If you plan to submit an abstract, oral presentation or poster, please download the following template. When finished the writing, please send it to the email: PODE25@upct.es . You will have feedback from the Scientific Committee in due time.

The conference fee covers the conference attendance and materials, coffee breaks, social activities and a Gala dinner. Due to technical reasons, we will not organize the lunches. But no problem, the university is located in the city centre of Cartagena, with many possibilities (including the two cafeterias at university buildings) to have lunch available for any pocket at a distance of ten minutes walking. Some suggestions are available at local info.

The new conference fees are:

• Reduced fee: € 280 for Scholars. € 252 for Golden ISDE members. € 170 for PhD. Students.
• Standard fee: € 380 for Scholars. € 342 for Golden ISDE members. € 270 for PhD. Students.
• The fee for accompanying persons who want to attend the social activities is € 110. In that case, please make the registration and choose Only attendance.
